World War II ended in 1945, the retrocession of Taiwan to receive tobacco factory Matsuyama, Matsuyama tobacco factory was renamed "Taiwan Tobacco and Wine Monopoly Bureau Sungshan Tobacco Factory." After a change of policy by the government and other external issues that affect, 1998 cut-off plant closings, and moved to Taipei tobacco factory. 2001 Taipei City Government designated the plant's "Office of the house", "A smoking factory", "a fifth to warehouse" and "Boiler Room," a monument body, Taipei is the first 99 monuments; nursery, and examination room mechanical repair shop Log on as a historic building. 2008 Department of Cultural Affairs, Taipei City Government to conduct an overall renovation of idle buildings, renovations will be completed by the end of 2011 Sungshan Tobacco Factory reopened, and planning for the "Songshan Cultural & Creative Park", the same year the Taipei Culture Foundation Foundation designated operational management so far. This study will explore the Songshan Cultural & Creative Park facilities due to historical changes, the process of development and in different periods of the facility user needs change, and the impact caused by the maintenance of the Songshan Cultural & Creative Park. For the Songshan Cultural & Creative Park Songshan Tobacco Factory by the evolution of cultural and creative space for the park's development history and architectural characteristics of the space, and the development process facility maintenance ramifications. And Songshan Cultural & Creative Park facility maintenance and management problems encountered, maintenance management analysis and evaluation strategies, and make recommendations. Matsuyama cultural and creative industrial park historical sites success into a new bright spot in Taipei cultural and creative industries, monuments activation space, with the holding of the cultural and creative, arts and cultural events, as the implementation of the concept of the creative showcase of Taipei, space use diversified business concept, reached an important function as an "original base" of Taipei.
