| Summary: | 碩士 === 東吳大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 104 === In recent years, inspired by the powerful image of Cloud computing, the organizations of government and private companies have attempted to manage information security and protect personal information with cloud services. In this paper, we conduct a case study, based on the experience of a telecommunications company, to explore the approach of managing information security and personal information by “cloud-learning platform,” in which to brow cast the news, instead of “Past practice,” , e.g., by sending the related paper and e-mail to all. The performance differences would be studied by applying a structured method of analysis based on the data of statistical sampling in this study. The found results that the tools and methods of information security cloud learning can improve employee learning information security and personal information protection related knowledge and the effectiveness of measures were presented in this paper.
This study adopted the revised D & M model to find the impacts among the telecommunications company using cloud-learning platform. Based on the analysis of structural equation modeling with technoloies. According to the research findings, the two variables, which were “Information Quality ” and “Service Quality”, had significantly positive effects on “User Satisfaction ” and “Service Quality”, had significantly positive effects on “Net Benefits ”. However, the three variables, which were “Information Quality”, “System Quality” and “User Satisfaction”, had no significant effects on “Net Benefits ”. And, “System Quality” had no significant effects on “User Satisfaction ”. Therefore, for planning cloud-learning platform, the most important factors are “Service Quality” and “Information Quality ”.
