Summary:碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 教育領導與評鑑研究所 === 104 === The purpose of the research is to develop the evaluation indicators towards school service quality of Special Education Schools. The objective of this research is to explore the content of Special Education Schools, to analyze and develop the indicators of Special Education Schools. The research has employed the documentary analysis and Delphi Method to develop the evaluation indicators and questionnaire. It includes two stages of processing, the validation of the questionnaire by advising professor and the documentary analysis to build up the expert effectiveness, followed by seeking the opinions of 15 experienced educators of Special Education Schools and has been strengthened by Delphi Method questionnaire results three times. The results of the study can be generalized as below : 1. The evaluation indicators towards school service quality of Special Education Schools comprises 9 dimensions, 29 particulars and 110 indicators. 2. The results of the study towards school service quality of Special Education Schools , all indicators have reached a consensus.
