Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 製造科技研究所 === 104 === In this work, we use computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to simulate the effect of a hydrophilic surface on boiling phenomena. We uses a VOF (volume of fluid) module which is Euler method, this is a CFD numerical technique to track location of two immiscible fluid interface. Use static or determined in some form of migratory mesh, to adapt to the evolution of the shape of the interface, volume of fluid can keep to track mass of the fluid , and it can track easily changes in the topology of a fluid interface, and we use interface mass transfer method, the calculation is PISO algorithms. To explore the effect of hydrophilic surface on boiling phenomena. First, we construct a two-dimensional rectangular flow field, this is a two-phase flow analysis, we add a User Define Function (UDF) to flow field simulation, it contain liquid mass transfer, gas mass transfer and an initial interface position function in the UDF. we use the function to give flow field caused by the change in energy.we simulate boiling on a hydrophilic surface, change the heating temperature and surface contact angle, to investigate the effect of surface wettability on different boiling phenomena.
