Observations of the artist''s everyday diet were conducted and used for the starting point. These experiences were then projected onto the canvas as a natural landscape. The manifestation and recreation of these experiences serve as the creative theme. In the realization of the creation, visual images of the artist''s fantasies of a natural setting is depicted. This rendering of the artist''s fantasies then serves as a basis for discussion of the behavior and life experiences behind the artistic creation, and the effect of blending both behavior and experiences. This statement is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is primarily a discussion of the purpose and motivation for the creation of the related work. My creative inspiration draws from observations of the things I eat daily, such as the myriad types of bright, colorful desserts. Through the figuration of these images, fantasy landscapes are constructed in the hope of engaging in a moment of self-reflection through creation. The second chapter analyzes the history of Chinese landscape paintings. Taking an analysis and research of art history to examine personal creation, the differences and inheritance of technique and culture between traditional methods and my personal methods are collected. From the origins of landscape paintings and the start of philosophical thinking, along with research on the early stages landscape paintings and the cultural context and discourse over these paintings, a comparison is then made with my own personal creative rationalization. The third chapter not only attempts to reflect on personal desires through the food consumed, but also serves to reflect on and make a simple comparison with the consumption habits of modern capitalist society. The fourth chapter describes the form of creation, and seeks to explore the basic elements of the image through the materials used while also providing a detailed introduction of the materials used in the creative work. The fifth chapter provides an explanation of the series, taking the creative works from each different stage and organizing them to provide a systematic explanation. In the final thoughts, personal thoughts and reflections on my experiences during the research period can be found along with my personal expectations and goals for future creations.
