Thus, learning counselling volunteers make up a deficiency of manpower teachers. The study researches the influence of learning counselling volunteers’ participatory motivation on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, willingness to improve desire of remain in business. The efforts of volunteers counsellors fill a void that is left by the lack of manpower of teachers. This study puts a focus on how the volunteers' participatory motivation affects their job satisfaction and orgnizational commitment, in hopes to provide clues to increase their desire to remain on the job. There are three variables that are included in this study──participatory motivation, job sutisfaction, and organizational commitment. I look at the pair correlation and causel relationship among this three variables. The hypotheses are : (1)If participatory motivation is higher, then job satisfaction will be higher. (2) If participatory motivation is higher, then organizational commitment will be higher. (3) If job satisfaction is higher, then organizational commitment will be higher. The researching methods is general survey within 372 population. Effective response rate is 78.4%. Researching objectives are volunteers for Elementary School in Banqiao District, New Taipei City. The analyzed method is descriptive statistics, T test, one-way ANOVA, Correlation analysis, and ordinal least square reqression. The results of the study were as follows: 1.Learning counselling volunteers’ participatory motivation is high, especially social responsibility and feedback. 2.Learning counselling volunteers’ job satisfaction is high, especially interpersonal relationship. 3.Learning counselling volunteers’ organizational commitment is high, especially organizational identity. 4.For learning counselling volunteers, if the higher participatory motivation, then the higher job satisfaction. 5.For learning counselling volunteers, if the higher participatory motivation, then the higher organizational commitment. 6.For learning counselling volunteers, if the higher job satisfaction, then the higher organizational commitment. 7.Learning counselling volunteers’ participatory motivation has notable positive impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. 8.Learning counselling volunteers’ job satisfaction has notable positive impact on organizational commitment.
