Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所教育行政碩士學位在職專班 === 104 === In this study, a case study method was adopted to gain insight into the curriculum leadership displayed by the principal of Qing Qing Elementary School (a private elementary school in New Taipei City) when solving teaching problems encountered by teachers during the implementation of a school-based curriculum (called “Qingshan Time”) as well as analyze the results of implementing such a school-based curriculum. To achieve the objective of this study, interview and document analysis methods were employed to collect elementary school data. The interview participants consisted of 6 people comprising the principal, conveners of various school subjects, and teachers of the Qing Qing Elementary School. A comprehensive analysis was subsequently performed on the basis of the interview data, school plans, and documents collected, producing the following results: 九、 By using curriculum leadership, principals develop philosophies governing the school-based curriculum, in which students are the focus and their competitiveness is developed; 十、 Prior to implementing a school-based curriculum, schools must formulate plans to be executed for the various curriculum stages as well as arrange education courses for teachers to familiarize themselves with the teaching concepts; 十一、 School-based curriculum implemented must match students’ abilities to facilitate learning scaffolding; 十二、 Solutions to teaching problems: positive, professional teaching team is the cornerstone of school-based curriculum; schools can build teaching platforms to facilitate teachers’ teaching development and enhance their expertise; 十三、 By learning from a school-based curriculum, students’ learning achievements can be elevated and their learning subjectivity can be realized; 十四、 By implementing school-based curriculum, students’ thinking and judgment-making abilities are improved and their selection and decision-making abilities are developed; 十五、 The key to successful school-based curriculum implementation lies in whether the principal plays a diverse role during the implementation process; and 十六、 The strength of a principal’s curriculum leadership is a key factor determining the successful implementation of a school-based curriculum. According to the aforementioned study results, recommendations were made to related future research on school-based curriculum similar to the “Qingshan Time” as well as to schools that wish to promote such a school-based curriculum.
