Because of human-made error and low efficiency, providing an automatic calibration equipment becomes an important issue. According previous research of measurement system, the study develops an automatic calibration system of micro-displacement device with International standard. It could not only solve the previous problems of signal and mechanism but also eliminates the risk of human error. Users can enter the number of sampling points and the measurement times, and then get the calibration parameter values simply.
