Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 休閒遊憩規劃與管理學系 === 105 === Jiaosi Township, Yilan County often considered one of the tourist destination due to its rich resources, convenient traffic, and hot springs. In addition, the No. 5 Highway completed in 2006, the number of visitors has increased significantly. Therefore, the goal of this study was to identify land use/change by using supervised classification technology and ERDAS software with satellite telemetry data in 2004, 2010 and 2016. Classification accuracy is calculated and analyzed. Both of the location of B&B and the mapping of land change were used to the overlay analysis by using the Geographic Information System. The results were shown: (1) The use of agricultural land decreased significantly from 2004 to 2016, and the remaining categories are all increased. (2) Through the analysis of land change, the transition of agricultural land to traffic land is the highest percentage among these categories during the periods, followed by the categories of agricultural land to planted land. (3) When the overlay analyses were conducted between some of the locations of B&B and hotels with the mapping of land change, we found that the locations of B&B and hotel almost fell on the category of buildings. Additionally, the patterns of spatial distribution were shown that B&B dispersed randomly and hotels were located in downtown. Finally, the study used satellite imagery to understand the spatial distribution and the land change/use, we think it can be as the management reference to the government in the future.
