In this study, people were asked to fill in questionnaires. Young adults aged over 20 years to elders aged over 65 years old and elderly people who were capable of performing activities were analyzed by factor analysis. On Influencing Factors of the elderly living environment in residential life has the wisdom of science and technology, understand the young and elderly people on intelligence technology applied to the living environment of residential life have no difference in the T test therefore, to conduct the study.
The statistical analysis of the questionnaire concludes that the wisdom of science and technology for the influence of demand factors, the elderly, the elderly for labor-saving operation, Easy to make life comfortable and safe and to improve the quality of the environment is more in line with the elderly needs, so in the design should be considered in the design, the elderly; for home care and monitoring safety more attention; environment, the elderly home for indoor air quality and temperature more attention, so in the design general considerations into their equipment. From above, the demand caused by the positive impact on design, demand would cause a positive impact on the environment, and the environment of design will have a positive impact.
