This research aims to explore Tribe Sakizaya’s Palamal. 350 questionnaires were gathered from the participants and 341 of which were effective (97.4%). The current degree of satisfaction was analyzed through reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, T-test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe’s test, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Chi-square test of SPSS. The following conclusion and suggestions provide the relevant governmental department important data for reference. The result showed the different perspectives from 165 male and 176 female samples. The Cronbach's Alpha of reliability analysis was 0.935, which indicated high degree of reliability. Through T-test, “the degree of satisfaction”, “service satisfaction”, “motivation”, and “willingness” demonstrated a consistent point of view from both genders. In terms of their backgrounds, participants aged from 21 to 35, Amis, and those who wanted to change their tribal identity were the majority tested by Chi-square. This suggests a relatively high willingness to change their tribal identity. The “degree of satisfaction from the experience” has correlation with “motivation”. Therefore, if the “degree of satisfaction from the experience” was improved, the motivation to get involved will also raise, which influenced the willingness, too. By cross-examining participants with different backgrounds and willingness to change their tribal identity, I found 0.000 in different ages, 0.001 in different careers, 0.001 in different incomes, 0.000 in different tribes, and 0.000 in different dwellings. These all showed great significance and their high degree of willingness to change the tribal identity, which is worth further exploration. WANG , CHAO - SHUN 王昭順 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 134 zh-TW
