| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 建築碩士在職學位學程 === 105 === The purpose of this research is to study The Braille System of The Barrier-Free Elevator in Kinmen County on its designations, facilities, and utilizations. Via investigating and analyzing the up and down keys, the open and close keys, the alert button, the floor buttons, and no regular keys of the barrier-free elevator to derive the conclusion.
There are four points in the purpose of the research.
1. To understand the current situation of the Braille System in each elevator.
2. To compare with the correct rate of The Braille System of The Barrier-Free Elevator in Kinmen County.
3. To establish a basic database on designing for all the elevators in Kinmen.
4. To provide the principals for Braille System design, installation, and usage.
There are four levels in this research: Level A(0.0000~1.0943), LevelA+(1.0944~1.2866),LevelAA(1.2867~1.3860),LevelAAA(1.3861~2.0000). The conclusion of this research via the investigation, the legislation, and the survey is that 15 elevators in Level A, 15 elevators in Level A+, 15 elevators in Level AA, 15 elevators in Level AAA. There are 60 elevators in total.
The direction of this research is not only set up Braille System standard in Kinmen County to the crippled persons on letting standardized copybook a position,system meaning of words at station,but also use the Braille system with the whole world.
