Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 105 === In this study, a comprehensive and detailed analysis on the engine oil of automobile is presented to introduce the industry of motor vehicle parts and accessories (MVPA) in Taiwan. Additionally, the obstacles and key success factors (KSFs) of the development and operation by foreign agencies are illustrated in the following part. Taiwanese MVPA is a kind of complex stores with the combination of traditional vehicle materials shop and parts supply for diversified automobile. One of the significant items is the engine oil, which provides a magnificently profitable income of the MVPA industry because it offers a new option for customers to replace their engine oil routinely. In order to analyze the importance of engine oil in the MVPA industry, SWOT analysis, Porter five forces analysis and the discussions of KSFs are addressed. The KSFs of MVPA are acquired by reviewing plenty of the related literature and referring the successful cases in the field. In the meantime, the current bottlenecks in operation of the enterprise are specifically considered by comparing the results of an industrial analysis, proposing associated strategies in operation management and improving the current problems of the field to achieve the best cooperate performance. To conclude, this study is aiming to integrate the field of MVPA with four different perspectives: Products, Advertising and Marketing, Enterprise Proficiency, and Operation Management Capability. The KSFs in the operation of engine oil related products are in particular to explain the problems proposed by industrial analysis.
