Data of the hourly rainfall data from 2013 to 2015 and the automatic groundwater gauge of the W1 well were selected according to the six hours without rain before and after storm events, a total of 14 events of storm rainfall amounts more than 100mm were selected for analysis. Relationship between groundwater rise and delay time with accumulated rainfall, maximum rainfall, average rainfall intensity and rainfall amounts before the groundwater level peak were investigated. It is found that rainfall amounts before the groundwater level peak was positively proportional to the peak of groundwater level, and the delay time of groundwater level peak is inversely proportional to the rainfall characteristic. In addition, the SEEP / W groundwater seepage model of GeoStudio slope program was used to estimate the groundwater level fluctuation of hillslope and its input parameters was obtained by the scientific. The saturated hydraulic conductivity of colluvial soil, saturated hydraulic conductivity of interbedded of sandstone and shale, volume water content of interbedded of sandstone and shale were necessary to adjust parameters by try and error method, to result the minimum error between measured groundwater and simulated groundwater. According to the saturated hydraulic conductivity of colluvial soil, the rainfall events were divided into three groups. The first group of parameters of accumulated rainfall, rainfall before the peak rainfall, rainfall before the groundwater peak was larger, saturated soil hydraulic conductivity was high. The third group of parameters of the rainfall was small, the saturated soil hydraulic was lower. In addition, means the lower the initial groundwater level resulted in the higher saturated hydraulic conductivity.
