Machine is now available as a intelligent service through computer formulas using and operating. Production have embraced automation and replaced humans with robots;however,common paper information and paper transmission is still manual in factory. The purpose of this study is to establish a pattern by using foundational construction of intelligent factory for paper electronization through system plan and the management. This study takes case A company for example, due to the factory operating patterns used to send messages by papers and humans, the cost of paper purchasing and poor operating efficiency become problems. For the reason, the industrial 4.0 core applications to build intelligent factories Intelligent factories' elements composed of automation system and maintain each product related information in accordance with the site of the parameter management system, then the machine will confirm the machine operating parameters with test system whether correct or not after opening the network connection. The correct parameters can be found on the computer screen as long as the comparison is successful. Finally, the system will notice the equipment engineer before operation, the equipment engineer will set up machineparameters by mobile tablet, so that the machine began operations. Case A Company through the establishment of the foundational construction and the operating processes combination of factory and related departments has developed a system with effectively control of confidentiality of documents, document information and the correctness of the electronic verification process which can improve the quality of the factory operations from the original 60% to 95% and reduce the manpower of paper transmission that spends whole day working hours but less than 10 minutes by system for each document. The reduction of paper cost form 30 copies per month to 2 copies per month, save $ 1960 per month (Calculate: $ 70 for a copy paper X30 $ 2100, $ 12 for new costs $ 140) and improve production efficiency.
