To achieve the above purpose, this study was initially confirmed the job burnout and job satisfaction questionnaire, then confirmed reliability and validity, and existence of the relative constructs, and finally constructed the model. Research population were 105 school year public junior high school teachers at San-Chung and Luzhou Districts in New Taipei city, then applied stratified random sampling and obtained 375 effective samples. The collected data analyzed by descriptives, 1-Way MANOVA, and structural equation modeling. Results of the study did confirm three constructs model of job burnout and named as "emotional exhaustion", " depersonalization", "reduced personal accomplishment", respectively; five construcrs of job satisfaction were obtained and named as “job feedback“,”administrative leadership”,”job environment “,”salary and benefits“, and”advancement and promotion “, respectivelly. One-way MANOVA analysis indicated that different backgrounds of teachers existed differences on job burnout, and job satisfaction. This study has constructed the model about job burnout toward job satisfaction by SEM, and they have statistically significant negative relationship. This study finally proposed conclusions and solid suggestions as references for educational administrators, school units, junior high school teachers, and future research based on the results.
