The research method used in this study is quantitative method with multivariate statistical analysis steps such as: testing by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient, explore descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, multi stepwise regression analysis. From 300 valid answered questionnaires, the research results show that affective commitment and continuance commitment impact positively to intrinsic satisfaction while normative commitment and affective commitment impacts positively to extrinsic satisfaction of employees who are working for VSIP.
