With the vigorous development of third-party logistics, enterprises in order to focus on their core competitiveness, and the enterprise non-core project outsourcing, such as: transportation, warehousing, information and finance, to enhance business performance, such as: Customer service, but companies should be their own non-core project out, the first to face the problem is that the project which will be out, you can improve the performance of enterprises up. Therefore, this study explores 18 sub-projects and 17 performance measures through the literature, and as a basis for decision-making trial and evaluatiom laboratory, we will establish a relationship between the third-party logistics outsourcing and corporate performance of the expert questionnaire. In this study, the results of the decision-making laboratory analysis can be used to know the relationship between the third-party logistics sub-project, the supplier management inventory, the warehouse management system and the compound transportation. In terms of performance indicators, information costs, storage costs, inventory costs, processing costs, on-time delivery rates and other performance measures have a single and two-way impact, to be able to know that many of the performance is ring In addition, there will be an impact on the other will have an impact. In the logistics outsourcing and performance measurement indicators, the supplier management inventory, warehouse management system and the most suitable for the transport of outsourcing, due to performance indicators are two-way impact and the three sub-projects with other sub-projects alone The two-way effect is the most.
