Based on FreeCAD free software, the important parameters have been calculated the analysis for the combination of GMT company precision stage. The software is read into the step format of MX40-SS which is provided by the GMT company precision stage. Due to FreeCAD parts and original step file part having the same composition, the software can transfer the step format to fcstd format to do the operation. After reading the two MX40-SS files, there are many patterns for the combination of the upper and lower stage at different angles. In order to obtain the force analysis of the combination stage, the edge of the movable part of the upper stage is divided into three force area. Three force area are represented separately the front force, the middle force and the rear force. The software can calculate the magnitude of the torque, the direction and the amount of movement and deformation of the overall stage in different force cases. Finally, movement direction of the combination stage makes the dynamic simulation. At present, the software has successfully developed to calculate the relevant analysis information.
