Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 會計學系 === 105 === In this study, we investigate the determinants of property trust willingness among the older adults in Taiwan. To examine the results of those determinants, we designed structured questionnaire for data collecting. The age of the respondents range from 45 to 95 years old and the effective respondent rate is 54.5%. Also, we divided the questionnaire into three main parts, including basic population traits, economic conditions and attitude, and health condition and willingness. The empirical results show that under the category of basic population traits, occupational class (business type and homemaker) is positively related to property trust willingness, which means if people’s job is related to private sector is more inclined to participating in property trust willingness. Besides, after using data clustering test, we found that under female sample and age under 65, the regression results are also convincing. Moreover, under the health condition and willingness category, willingness on long term care is also positively related to property trust willingness. The more willing on receiving long term care, the more older adults want to participate in property trust when they get older.
