Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理學院管理科學學程 === 105 === Air pollution is getting worse around the world. However, public attention to the correlation between air pollution and particulate matter has been given recently after the widespread information of PM2.5 delivered by the media. Real-time emission monitoring is one of the essential procedure in air pollution control systems. Nevertheless, due to the installation and maintenance costs are high, and the lack of mandatory regulations of the installation of real-time emission monitoring for all regular emissions, some unscrupulous factory discharge waste illegally at night. The study mainly focuses on the domestic legislation on the opacity of emissions from regular pollution sources. Regression analysis is applied to design a single apparatus for continuously monitoring the emission of multi-gas, which can reduce the cost of installation of continuous emission monitoring system markedly. Moreover, a means of operating this kind of continuous emission monitoring system is provided for industry’s reference.
