Furthermore, it explores the perceptions of students from different backgrounds on these three topics. This study also aims to explore the possible correlation between the relationship between the teacher-student Interaction and Classroom Climate. This study was a qualitative research study and was conducted through a survey questionnaire. The participants were students of Junior High schools in Kaohsiung City and selected by stratified sampling. 640 survey questionnaires were given out but only 621 were collected and amongst them only 600 were completed and selected for analysis. The results were analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).. It is based on the findings, summarized conclusions are as follows: 1, The most common Teacher servantleadership was the “Value People”. 2, The most common teacher-student Interaction was the “Influence”. 3, The most common Classroom Climate was the “Democracy”. 4, 9 grade students of servant leadership " Display Authenticity " is significantly higher than the7 grade students. 5, School size 11 to 19 classrooms students "Whole" and "Proximity" is significantly higher than school size under 10 ( with ) classrooms students. 6, School size 11 to 19 classrooms students of class "Goal-Oriented" and "Democratic" level was significantly higher than school size under 10 ( containing ) classrooms students. 7, The teacher-student Interaction are highly correlated with the Classroom Climate. 8, The different Teacher servantleadership can be used to explain the teacher-student Interaction. 9, The different Teacher servantleadership can be used to explain the Classroom Climate. Lastly, based on the above findings, suggestions for improvements are included in this study ans serves as a reference for the relevant Educational Organizations, schools, teachers or other future studies.
