Methods:Students were grouped by the pretest score of one-minute bent-knee sit-up. Homogeneous grouping of subjects was based on S-type pairing. Students (10.61 ± 0.28 years old、Height 141.64 ± 3.65 cm、Weight 36.94 ± 8.34 kg;n=11) were in TRX suspension training group, students(10.38 ± 0.51 years old、Height 140.92 ± 8.74 cm、Weight 38.48 ± 12.54 kg;n=12)were in bare-handed training group, and students(10.51 ± 0.28 years old、Height 141.63 ± 6.81 cm、Weight 42.76 ± 11.80 kg;n=12)were in control group. The TRX suspension training group students use trx straps to perform exercises, the bare hand group students perform core training without using any type of tool, and the control group students don't exercise at all.All the subjects have fitness test before and after experiment. Test items include forward flexion(flexibility), 800-meter running(cardiorespiratory endurance), 30-second and 1-minute bent-knee sit-up(skeletal muscular endurance), standing-board jump(skeletal muscular power), bodyfat percentage(Body composition), and one leg eyes closed(static balance).Two-way, ANOVA, mixed design method was used to analyze the data from pre- and post- tests of three groups to find out any difference in physical fitness and balance among groups. Significant difference will be analyzed through Scheffe’s post hoc analysis. The level of significance is α=.05. Results:1.The TRX suspension training group were significant superior to the control group (p<0.05)in bodyfat percentage(20.93±9.02%vs29.43±9.46%)and the skeletal muscle rate(40.74±4.18% vs 36.89±3.86%).2.The TRX suspension training group were significant superior to the control group and the the bare hand group(p<0.05)in static balance(33.40±33.62 sec vs 10.13±5.66 sec vs 7.49±6.26 sec).3.Significant difference was found(p<0.05) in 30-second and 1-minute bent-knee sit-up, and standing-board jump.4.No significant difference was found between three groups in in forward flexion, 800-meter running. Conclusions:It is concluded that TRX suspension training effectively reduced children’s bodyfat percentage and increased static balance. Kung, I-Lin 龔憶琳 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 95 zh-TW
