The project discusses how to renovatethe historical architectures, the Baroque garden, and the cigarette factory as well to bring up a creativity environment for the urban and the economic motivation. The case applies “Innovative Business Model” to fetch the key source, and add in different elements so as to attract new visitors or stimulate new values, appealing for sustainable development. Having factories, workshops, warehouses and dormitories as basic structures, it’s likely to be redesigned by experts around to build a “Music Lab” as an example that combines music and art. Besides, technology plays a big role in innovation industry that matchesimages and sounds. Through all, the project concerns sites of view for Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, and is likely to provide for research reference and teaching materials.
