It is the aforementioned common phenomenon of Internet addiction, and it may influence and have a negative impact in all aspects of individual life. About the existing studies of Internet addiction, most of their research targets are students, but laborsdon’t be valued. Thus, thetarget of research focus on laborsand the purpose of this study concentrate on understanding the domestic labors’ the condition of Internet addiction, the circumstance of work engagement, and the degree of influence about Internet addiction to work engagement. This study takes advantage of document analysis and questionnaire survey. Also, it usesthe CIAS and UWES to conduct a network questionnaire. After it collects 265 valid questionnaires, it will do the regression analysis. And then, it canacquirethe main findings in the following: 1.The core symptoms of Internet addiction have a positive impact on the relativeproblems of Internet Addiction. 2.The core symptoms of Internet addiction have anegative impact on work engagement . 3.The relativeproblems of Internet addiction have anegative impact on work engagement . 4.The relativeproblems of Internet addiction have a mediation effect oncore symptoms of Internet addiction and work engagement LI, CHIEN-HUNG 李健鴻 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 75 zh-TW
