The subjects of the study of were targeted at the executives with Hospitality Industry and food and beverage department. And, totually 300 questionnaires was collected, and for the purpse and hypothes, the statistic methods on descriptive Statistics, factor analysis, analysis of correlation, ANOVA, and regression analysis were adoped and processed these data by the SPSS20.0. The result of this study pointed that, Psychological Capital have positive efforts on Well-Being, Transformational Leadership, and Job Performance.And, Well-Being has positive efforts on Social Capital and Job Performance. In addition, Transformational Leadership has positive efforts on Social Capital and Job Performance. And, Social Capital has positive efforts on Job Performance. In addition, Well-Being plays an intermediary role in Psychological Capital and Social Capital.
