So this research to marketing point of view through the literature analysis and expert interviews to understand. The marketing strategy used by interior design industry, and then depth discussion of the interior designers in the process of how to solve the owners of the various issues raised, and in the heavy design of the drawing work, whether there will be conflicting issues to study. Finally, in-depth research in the future of the interior design industry is facing the expansion of the scale of the company. Departmental management will be a key factor, how to use the combination of departmental management and marketing strategy is one of the scope of this study. In this study, 10 domestic interior decoration design company as the object, through literature analysis and expert interviews, the specific research results are: 1. Interior design company began to get the source of the case are friends and family, And then through the word of mouth marketing to open up new cases. 2. By the interior decoration designer in the design concept of communication, the description of the professional construction method, In the network to increase the visibility of the designer, Is the most effective marketing strategy used in the interior design industry. 3. Interview of the interior design company for the majority of 1 to 5 people, because the designer himself as the company marketing, project management, supervision works, contracting out work and so on. Drawing the construction diagram that the designer must also be involved, when the time is pressing, will use the contracting out project to solve this problem 4. The problem before the contract is that the owner will leave because of the different charges. After signing the common problem is consumer disputes, Such as additional projects, reduced projects, construction methods, etc., consumer disputes are caused by different cognitive.The reason for not signing success is owners because no experience for the price level is not clear lead to beyond the budget, compare our valuations with others, or come to get a free design 5. Interior design company,Engineering Project by way of contract, designers before the Engineering Project start,arrange the construction schedule, after the start of the designer contact the contractor for construction, and supervise the progress of the project. Construction problems, The contractor will first inform the designer, designers to professional judgment after the settlement of construction problems, and inform the owners of the construction situation.
