Game development firms must develop innovative games to satisfy players' ever-changing demands constantly to sustain their “product-market fit” performance for surviving. Based upon a survey of 192 paired samples on digital-game development projects, the results support the proposed theoretical model. The results show (1) goal difficulty is positively associated with game quality, and improve the game market fit, (2) the relationship is positively moderated by the level of exploitation, while exploration negatively affect the game quality. The implications of this finding are discussed in the text. CHANG,YI-TING 張伊婷 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 57 zh-TW
