In the application of resources, weve enhanced the ability of finding raw material and used it. To date, many important peoples livelihood industry and high-technology industries are inseparable linked with rare resources. The national economic development will be subject to great restrictions, if there is lacked of resources. The other side of rare resources in China supplied to continue to limit the policy, the rare resources and resources strategic reserves must be implemented in the future. The perspectives of this study is from literatures analysis, through results from refer related paper, and choose the main industries in EU countries including the applications of magnets, catalysts, alloy, etc. Take potential output value as basis to evaluate of industry in EU, from the point of products demanding whit the data of yearly capacity, annual demand, metal content and metals prices, and the values are TWD 28.92 billions, 2.7 billions, 3.94 billions. Finally, compare the strategic-stock systems and sustainable materials management, connect the wholesalers of relatively rare resources of domestic and foreign. With the form of resources recycling and urban mining to establish circular economy, we should improve cooperation and manage the sustainable development effectively by collect and organize the waste flow. 張添晉 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW |
