The experimental method is based on the A-B-A-B experimental reentry design of the single-type study method. The experimental course is divided into eight stages, which is divided into two stages: baseline one, intervening one, baseline two, and intervention. The students with mild mental retardation were enrolled in three 105 years of school enrollment. After the intervention of basketball enhanced physical training, the ten-meter run and vertical jump progress were analyzed, and the trend between the evaluation stages was analyzed by C statistical analysis. Whether it has statistical differences. According to the results of the data analysis, the enhanced physical training in this study involved in the 10-meter run and vertical jump items, for A, C students had no significant effect, and 10 meters running and vertical jump items for B students have significant results.
