| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to research the relationship among safety leadership,organizational safety climate, self-efficacy and safety behavior. Using the literature analysis method to synthesize the research structure of this study.
This is a cross-sectional study and adopt self-report questionnaire to collect the data. The subjects of study include medical Staff from a regional teaching hospital in Yunlin County . Data collected from May 15 to 26, 2017 and the plan is to send out 320 questionnaires. The questionnaire included these items of personal demographical information, safety leadership ,organizational safety climate, self-efficacy, safety behavior with five-point Likert score. Analysis was conducted via Descriptive Statistics, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA and so on.
As follows, the major findings of study revealed:
一、Educational backgrounds, take turn for three shifts showed significant differences on self-efficacy；ages, marital status, having children , job positions ,seniority of employees, take turn for three shifts showed significant differences on organizational safety climate；job positions showed significant differences on safety behavior；Genders,ages,workplace,job positions , seniority of employees , take turn for three shifts showed significant differences on safety leadership
二、Safety leadership had a significant correlation with organizational safety climate. organizational safety climate had a significant correlation with safety behavior. Safety leadership had a significant correlation with safety behavior. organizational safety climate had a significant correlation with self-efficacy. self-efficacy had a significant correlation with safety behavior.
三、Organizational safety climate to safety leadership and safety behavior has partial mediation. Organizational safety climate to safety leadership and self-efficacy has complete mediation. self-efficacy to organizational safety climate and safety behavior has partial mediation.
