Description
Summary:碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 土木防災工程研究所在職專班 === 106 === Firefighters all over Taiwan have a common problem, that is, how to quickly reach the scene to provide disaster relief when a fire occurs. In addition to familiarizing themselves with the map and with the current road conditions of the area, such as the narrow alley on the scene and the illegally parked vehicles on the roadside may affect the disaster relief. These issues should be taken into consideration by everyone. In order to facilitate the implementation of disaster prevention and relief missions for rescue vehicles to ensure public safety, the fire stations of counties and cities have clearly designated fire escape routes and their operation procedures. Implementation of military simulation exercises and various drills take place within each jurisdictions fire escapes. Military simulations are conducted and the hazards of the fire passage fires are analyzed one by one, allowing current fire rescue methods to be refined and the fire rescue efficiency in the region is thus improved, which serves as a reference for the fire fighting agency in fire rescue. This study uses the collected literature and information on the fire fighting access of fire prevention agencies in various counties and cities at home and abroad and uses the Daan District of the Taipei City Government’s No. 2 Disaster Relief and Rescue Brigade as an example to analyze the effects of the design of fire escapes and the use of fire fighting tactics. Utilizing the results of said military simulations and field drill programs to explore the causes of the fire exits and implement better solutions.
