First of all, the school nurses faced the campus situation with a very different educational approach, as well as the“Anthroposophic Medicine.”Nurses are the fewest professionals, and their works are extremely important - health maintenance. Without a healthy body, mind, spirit, no matter how good the learning environment, good teachers, innovative and diverse educational concepts, it is difficult to play the purpose of education. The paper focuses on the following sections, one of which depicts the “school nurses in the actual work area.” School nurses who work together for the role of the function and professional identity. The purpose of the research is to highlight the school nursing profession and the labor rights of schooling. The second is shared in the regular health promotion issues. During the period of personal and activity promotion, different ideas are generated due to the different ideas of the members of the campus or individuals. This study uses in-depth interviews to collect relevant opinions. As one of the school nurses I hope to have an understanding of the school-care organizations, and nursing colleagues in different fields. I hope to provide care professionals with the practice of self-professional skills in the future. It will let the reader know that the school nursing profession is holding the public space, and this school nurses’ profession are very important. Finally, the professional identification of the existence of school and school organizations allows colleagues to have the opportunity to revisit, understand, and share each other.
