Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系 === 106 === Taiwan is one of the leading countries in the semiconductor industry and she plays an essential role foundry, IC design, IC manufacturing, IC packaging and testing and the other sub-industries. According to a survey of Industrial Economics & Knowledge center (IEK), the semiconductor industry procluction value was about NT $ 2,450 billion and the procluction value of semiconductor equipment was about NT $ 39,382 billion in 2016. Data and information show the size of market and predictability in Taiwan semiconductor. In this research we discuss the key uccess value for the industry of Taiwan semiconductor wet process equipment. And, how could the vendors be sustainable core and enhance their business performance with in the competitive advantage.
This study explores the key success factors for the successful operation of semiconductor wet process equipment. Thru a litersture vevilw, we construct the key components and indicators of semiconductor equipment industry. By using the questionnaire (Delphi Method, DM) we confirm the initial structure, and then use the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, FAHP) to varify the key success factors, We also confirm results with expert. The result of this study cwn be provided to decision makers of the industry of Taiwan semiconductor equipment.
