The first part of this thesis is to develop a set of bicycle front-wheel suspension control device to adjust the damping coefficient of the front fork oil pressure shock absorber of the bicycle, and to reach the control effect of the damping soft and hard of the front wheel suspension of off-road foot. The device is equipped with a button switch, installed on the hand of the bicycle, through Bluetooth wireless communication, can immediately send out control signal to the size of the hydraulic damping adjustment to reduce the muscle burden, increase the rider's comfort.The second part is to use the visual effect of human eye, for the visual retention characteristics produced by the image in rotation, the single chip microcontroller is used to control the single row LED display, then the display module is installed on the bicycle wheel frame, and the rotating wheel frame is mounted to make the display with a small amount of RGB LED lamp with control chip for dynamic scan control, to achieve the display of LED display effect.
