Coupled with the popularity of mobile phones and all sorts of websites such as facebook, youtube, online games attract young people rushing to the internet. Therefore, this study mainly explores the current situation of Internet using behaviors and Internet addiction among fifth and sixth grade students of elementary school and analyzes the changes in the different background variables, including gender, grade, home with or without internet access and year of Internet Usage . In order to achieve the above objectives, this study intends to use the Internet Use Behavior Questionnaire and Internet Addiction Scale as the research tools to analyze 412 students of fifth and sixth grade students of elementary school in a country in Taoyuan City. The data obtained by cross-analysis, factor analysis, T test, analysis of variance and other statistical methods. The study found that fifth and sixth grade students of elementary school in different background variables will cause differences in Internet using behaviors and Internet addiction. There were significant differences in Internet addiction among different gender. The more contact networks, the more obvious the difference was Internet addiction. According to the results of the study, parents and teachers are expected to be concerned with growing children, attach importance to their children''s access to the Internet, establish proper usage guidelines, and guide how to properly use the Internet to avoid the physical and emotional impact of Internet addiction.
