Considering the comparisons including currency devalued, visa-free status, many low-price flight number and moderate flight time, Japan area is a major foreign tourist attraction where countrymen favor to go in 2016. In recent years, family and independent travels were the main types for Japanese tourism. The numbers of children under 12 years old who travel to Japan area has also significantly increased. This study data were collected from parent-child independent travelers for understanding their tourism motivation including internal needs (push motives) and tourism attractiveness from Japan area (pull motives). The tourism satisfaction and destination loyalty also were explored in this study. The data samples were collected by using an online questionnaire, and 581 valid samples were available. The statistical techniques used in this study are the description analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The study found: 1. The intrinsic motivations derived from parent-child independent travelers traveled in Japan area are funny experiences in parent-child travels, relationship promoted between parents and children and horizons broadened between parents and children. 2. The main attractions of parent-child travelers traveled in Japan area are convenient traffic, easy traveling arrangement and well traveling service quality. 3. The tourism satisfaction are significantly affected by push and pull motivations derived from parent-child travelers. 4. The travel satisfaction from parent-child travelers is significantly affected on the destination loyalty. 5. The destination loyalty are also significantly affected by push and pull motivations derived from parent-child travelers.
