In this study, questionnaire was used to explore the purchase intention and satisfaction of using smart phones with theoretical models of the state-of-art. The questionnaire consists of three parts: background variables, purchase intention and satisfaction.   The analysis from 271 effective questionnaires. The study showed that: 1.Willingness to buy: Customer are very concerned about the service quality. 2.Satisfaction: Customer have a positive and significant correlation with service attitude and protection of the customer privacy rights.   Satisfaction, purchase intention, brand loyalty, and function, all of the above aspects of the reliability analysis are greater than 0.7, there is a significant correlation. Only the reliability analysis of the price factor, the facet is less than 0.7, there is no significant correlation. The Chi-square test result of the classification of satisfaction and purchase intention found that there is significant correlation between satisfaction level classification and purchase intention classification.
