The SWOT analysis of T-company and TOWS matrix analysis will analyze the opportunities,threats and internal advantages and disadvantages outside the industry,analyze the industry competition structure among peers with Porter five forces analysis, and carry out strategic planning,equipment industry and propose the marketing strategy of air conditioning. (I)Sales channels and service business strategies. (II)Brand communication:Establish a good brand image and gain a competitive advantage. (III)Enhance the degree of integration of innovative services and products to enhance uniqueness. (IV)Optimize E-commerce Protection Network. Finally, This study also proposes future research and suggestions, and hopes to provide reference value for research and practical applications in the related fields of the air-conditioning industry in the future.
