The study employed survey research method. The questionnaire of teacher’s self-efficacy,work stress,social support, and job satisfaction was used as a survey tool.The questionnaire was administered to 408 teachers in elementary school in Taiwan. The analysis of the data included descriptive statistics, t-test,one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis using a package of SPSS 21.0. The main findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1.Marital status showed significant differences on both overall self-efficacy of the elementary school teachers and sub-topic teaching tasks and execution. 2. Gender showed significant difference on work stress's sub-topic personal adaptation.Also,teaching position and school size showed significant differences in the work load of work stress. 3.Gender and teaching position showed significant difference in actual social support of social support. 4. Gender and teaching position showed significant difference in overall job satisfaction. Gender showed significant difference in work environment of job satisfaction. Teaching position showed significant difference in work itself of the job satisfaction. 5. There were significant positive correlations among teachers’self-efficacy, social support, and teachers’ job satisfaction.The relationship between work stress and job satisfaction of teachers in elementary school was significantly negative. 6. The elementary school teachers’self-efficacy,work stress, and social support were significant predicators for teachers’ job satisfaction. According to the conclusions,recommendations were made for educational institutions,schools,teachers of elementary school, and future studies in relevance.
