Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to assess the relationship between Medical Reputations, Satisfaction with Medical Service , Quality of Medical Service, and Reasons to Choose the Hospital. This study has targeted residents of The Jiali distract, Tainan as the test group, during Mar.-Apr. 2019. 400 surveys were handed out, of which, 352 valid responses were received. This study has used SPSS software package to analyse the data received. Methods of analysis include Descriptive Statistics, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Validity Analysis, Independent-Sample t-Test, Variance Analysis, and AMOS Analysis. The study’s conclusions are as follows: 1. The top three factors driving the medical Reputation are; o “Ease of use of medical information and services” o “Reputations of the Doctors” o “Good Medical Service Attitude” 2. The top three factors driving satisfactions with medical service are; o “The cleanliness and neatness of the medical professionals’ uniforms”, o “Clarity of directions inside the medical facilities” o “Attention to detail by the doctors” 3. The top three factors driving quality of Service are; o “Your evaluation of the quality of medical treatment” o “Advanced medical equipment” o “Explanation of effects and precautions made by the Nursing staffs while handing out medicine or giving injection” 4. The top three factors for choosing the hospital o “Referral others, who gave a positive review”, o “Recommendation by others who had read about the hospital”, o “Had been to hospital before and consider it first choice for the future.” 5. There was a strong correlation between quality of medical service and reputation of the hospital 6. There was a strong correlation between quality of medical service and satisfaction with the service received 7. There was a strong correlation between reputation of the hospital and intention to choose the hospital 8. There was a strong correlation between satisfaction with satisfaction with the hospital and intention to choose the hospital 9. There was a weak correlation between satisfaction with quality of service with the hospital and intention to choose the hospital
