This study collects different cases of energy conservation and carbon reduction, and set up databases to associate TRIZ methods including TRIZ Inventive Principles and Science Effect. Then, model a systematic design process to help designer to get new design concepts for energy conservation and carbon reduction. There are three TRIZ methods used in this study. The first method is TRIZ Contradiction Matrix, the easiest method in TRIZ those who do not familiar with TRIZ can also use it. After using Contradiction Matrix, there will display some Inventive Principles then compare with the Inventive Principles database to get related cases. When no system conflict or empty collection occurs, One Parameter Method the second method performs better.
