Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 106 === The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among achievement goals, epistemological beliefs, and personal bests in English learning among junior high school students in Changhua . The questionnaire was collected by questionnaire survey. The participants were 786 junior high school students in Changhua County, and the results were analyzed by statistical methods. The conclusions and suggestions of this study were made . The understanding of this study presents in the relationship whether achievement goals, epistemological beliefs, and personal bests in English learning among junior high school students in Changhua can be significant . Achievement goals, epistemological beliefs in English learning among junior high school students in Changhua whether they can be significantly predict personal bests. The survey data collected were analysis by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, MANVOA, multiple regression analysis. According to the results of the study : 1.The different background variable, achievement goals, epistemological beliefs , personal bests in English among junior high school students in Changhua of the situation . 2.The different background variable, achievement goals, epistemological beliefs , personal bests in English among junior high school students in Changhua can be significant differences . 3.Achievement goals, epistemological beliefs in English among junior high school students in Changhua can significantly predict overall personal bests . According to the results of the study, specific suggestions to provide schools and teachers English teaching, the parent-child family basis of education and future research related reference. .
