It adopted case study method, interviewed the principal, teachers and parents, and gathered relevant data with observation records, file analysis, and self-reflection notes. The study results were as followed. I. The beliefs of the principal who conducted authentic leadership A. Sincerely reveals his own ideas, is open and transparent, and generously gets alone with others B. Takes a positive and optimistic attitude, shoulder the responsibilities, and is the strong backing of the subordinates C. Expects of himself with high standards, understands himself, and insists on doing the right thing II. The specific behaviors of the principal who conducted authentic leadership A. Establishes a two-way communication, listen to the voices of his subordinates, and strives to pursue consensus B. Runs the school with devotion, does his best to accommodate others, and never pursues profits for his own benefits C. Adheres to his goal, never yields to difficulties, and starts again when he is ready III. The impacts of the principal who conducted authentic leadership A. A warm and enjoyable atmosphere on campus, positive exchanges of ideas, and coordination for the school development B. Students developing multiple intelligences, happy learning, and praise and recognition from outsiders Finally, based the study conclusion, suggestions were made for the case schools, ordinary schools, and future studies.
