The traditional concept of "the male and the female, the female main" has been seriously affected. Instead, both men and women should take care of the family and take care of the work. The responsibility between the two, but how men face and deal with such conceptual changes, is worthy of further discussion. This study collected the status and examples of eight male employees between work and family to explore the interaction between male employees'' work and family. It turns out that unmarried male workers do not have to deal with things at home; while married male workers do not have to go out to work, regardless of whether their spouse has a job, the rest of the family is responsible for the main treatment, some parents will be assisted, at most only on holidays. I will do some help. It shows that the male workers in this study have no issues of balance in their daily lives, that is, their work and family have little influence.
