It is also better to improve the employee''s loyalty to the organization in the company. The purpose of this study is to explore the leadership style of transformational leadership, to improve the organizational loyalty behavior of the subordinates, and to achieve through the intermediary of the employee''s psychological well-being. In this study, a questionnaire survey method was used, and different variables were collected in a phased manner. A total of 343 valid samples were collected. Research hypothesis verification through correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, and found: (1) Transformational leadership has a positive impact on organizational loyalty behavior and psychological well-being. (2) There is a positive relationship between psychological well-being and organizational loyalty behavior. (3) Psychological well-being has a partial mediating effect between conversion leadership and organizational loyalty behavior.
