In the process of construction, the quality of supply chain and the uncertainty of the delivery period are bound to affect the project, and the inappropriate material suppliers may cause the work. Delay, poor quality and even construction loss. Through this study and explore the application of the Balanced Scorecard and materials suppliers selection factors, in order to construct a hierarchical architecture industry to create material supplier selection factors. And weight analysis of fuzzy AHP. Questionnaire objects to the owners of public works agencies, design and supervision companies (Architects and engineering consultants), construction company and materials supplier based, copies of valid questionnaires was 40 parts. After investigation findings of this study, summarized the findings include: 1. Application of Balanced Scorecard to design evaluation index framework for material supplier performance There are financial, internal processes, customers and innovation and the four facets of learning, assessment indicators include: "solvency", "profitability", "anti-risk ability," "operational capacity", "internal business processes", " product quality "," delivery Controls "," service "," business image "," customer satisfaction "," market share "," customer profitability "," employee productivity "," employees retention rate "," training capacity "," employee satisfaction "and so on. 2.The weight of the performance indicators of the supplier of materials According to the order of order, the weight value of the customer is 0.318, the ranking first, the 0.239 order of the financial surface weight value 2, the 3 of the weight value 0.236 of the internal construction surface, and the 4 of the innovation and the learning surface weight value 0.207.
