Internationalization is the key to sustainable development and survival in the future. This study mainly discusses the key components in the garment manufacturing industry. The sewn-needle manufacturing industry is facing the challenges of internal management and external competitive pressures. It also tries to adjust its organizational competitiveness by internationalizing the changes in domestic and international economic conditions; and how to expand the market by combining with the machine manufacturers and garment component supply chains. 　　Therefore, this study uses the "sewing needle manufacturing industry" as an example. Based on the relevant theories of internationalization and smile curve and using case studies as methods, through in-depth interviews with case companies, the analysis of the traditional industries of SMEs in Taiwan textiles take the garment industry as an example in the process of internationalization and consideration of the factors behind it and analyze it; further through induction and sorting to find out the key successful factors for its international survival.
