On the basis of literature in this research to investigate into the enterprise of the key to successfulness in push forward education and training by digital learning, as context conclusions laid at below: 1.Digital learning was time-saving and retain space providing best pace and path for torturing, most of all freeing-up time and un-wanting cost on transportation otherwise personalized, relevant and contextualized learning was increasingly tailored based on skills and knowledge. 2.Unit supervisors were play of the role as to monitoring and supervising though to learner ability and increasingly competency-based learning which was progress on demonstrated mastery where learner can access relevant free and share content or materials to share platform in the company. 3.Considering digital learning was lack of verbal communication therefore unit supervisor could join to answer the questions equitable incentive to stimulate learner's development competencies. 4.Talking about software and hardware, content updated, and internet connectivity could improve learner's motivation.
