This study uses a questionnaire survey method as a research method. The “Questionnaire for the Willingness of the Primary School Teachers Learning Community Participation and Its Influencing Factors in Penghu County” was compiled as a research tool and 545 formal teachers from the Primary School of the Penghu County Education Office were notified for the academic year of 106, and a total of 407 questionnaires were sent out. 370 questionnaires were retrieved, 367 valid questionnaires, and the recovery rate was 91.2%. The questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS for Windows statistical suite software as mean, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, analysis of variance to understand the findings of this study. After analyzing the data, the following conclusions are obtained: 1.the Penghu County Primary School teachers' willingness to participate in the learning community is willing to take the highest degree of "common courses". 2.The willingness of the Penghu County Primary School teachers to learn to participate in the community will vary depending on the “years of teachers” and “ages of teachers”. 3.The perception of Penghu County Primary School teachers learning community participation will be affected by other factors, with the most obvious influence on the “teacher's teaching philosophy awareness” level. 4.The perception situation of Penghu County Primary teachers influencing learning community participation will vary depending on gender, age, seniority, and region. Finally, according to the results of the study, the conclusions are summarized, and the research reflections and suggestions are proposed to provide reference to the education administrative authorities, school administrators, school teachers, and follow-up researchers.
